- Physical requirements: Good fitness level required for daily hikes of 4-6 hours
- What to bring: Sturdy hiking boots, warm clothing, sleeping bag, sunscreen, hat, daypack
- Environmental policy: Strict no littering policy - all waste must be carried out
- Weather: Be prepared for rapid weather changes including cold nights
